HOMES, BUSINESSES AND CHURCHES RENDERED
Our homes, businesses and churches are a big part of our lives. When we or someone we know moves away or changes homes, a big part of them goes with them, although the home can not. There are many fond memories of that home, cottage, church or other special place. Renderings, or “Home Portraits” make wonderful keepsakes. Have Mom and Dad moved out of that big house where you grew up? How about that son or daughter who just purchased the first home where they will build their own memories, and the first one is buying that new home together.

The painting above was commissioned by a doctor’s wife when her husband retired from practice. The framed painting hangs in his home office.

How about the family business? Maybe you know someone that owns and operates a Bed and Breakfast. Or, do you have need for an image for marketing materials?

The process is a simple one. Renderings are done from photographs you provide, or we come to the location at no extra charge (within a reasonable drive) and take our own pictures. This helps with true colors in the painting. We also may find a more appealing view of the home that you had not thought of.

Commission prices are quoted based on but not limited to details requested, travel, photography, sketching and planning, time constraints and size of the painting.

Framing is not included. A 50% deposit is required before any work will be started. A contract will be signed between the artist and customer. (An email confirmationof work to be done can substitue for your contractual agreement.
